@aequitasveritas35 - the length of each pose depends entirely on what your goal is. I sometimes use this stretch series in a format that has 4 rounds. Round 1 will have 10sec holds, rounds 2&3 30sec holds, and then 15sec holds for the last round.
you should try different lengths of time and see how you feel afterwards.
Don't just 'hold' the stretch but strive for the perfect execution of each pose. It will take some time but strive for it.
