Sad video...wish I could put the ignorant fucks who keep their dogs tie up on chains for the rest of their lives. Then they can see how it feels to live on a short heavy chain all by themselves. Dogs are pack animals and they need interaction with people and other dogs. Dogs go crazy when left tied up 24/7. HORRIBLE life for dogs!
