Bow wasnt the eternal victim. she spit in the face of hollywood quite a lot & had a lot of spunk. Hollywood also treated her badly quite often. She was their sex icon but at the start & end of her career hollywood thought she was too fat. It was her talent that made her a star & she hated that they cared more about her weight. However, she did have an awful childhood, occasions of unstable mental health and several unhealthy/abusive relationships. Tabloids made up most of the sex based rumors.

God I hate this documentary. Mister Stenn's take on Clara as a victim is ridiculous, and totally misrepresents her life and career. Truth is Clara steamrolled Hollywood on her own device and wasn't exploited by neither her father(rape claim a lie) nor B.P Schulberg. Someday I will dance on Mister Stenn's grave(Clara would want me to).
