"Send me an Angel" is often referred to as a Pet Shop Boys song, due to it being mislabeled on a widely downloaded Napster MP3. Many online lyrics websites therefore erroneously credit "Send me an Angel" to the Pet Shop Boys, when it is, of course, by Real Life.

I looked it up and it appears that is is Real Life. But the reason they give for most people believing it is PSB is total crap. Most of us thought it was PSB years before Napster was even conceived. It has nothing to do with mislabeling. It has to do with the fact that the lead singer couldn't possibly sound more like the lead of PSB. Still, I'd spank you all if this society didn't frown on such things.

Lol, Real Life actually sang this song but this is the third one I've found who sings it and is a differnt style. The other two are Zeromancer an European rock band and Mythos'N DJ Cosmo a techo music band, personally I like Zeromancer and Mythos'N DJ Cosmo versions.
