I agree, there should be a Gargoyles movie! I love this show, and so do my siblings. Animated would be cool, but it would be interesting to see how they would turn it into a live-action/CGI movie. I'm sure the original actors would enjoy returning to their roles in this show after years have passed with no new episodes. I hope they do, because the characters just wouldn't be the same without those signature voices. Long live Gargoyles! :D

I have e-mailed Disney several times in the past. I am getting started in FX and wonder if I should throw some pictures and concepts their way. More than likely no one at disney would see it or even care, but I will give it a shot and see if i can spread the word. Never know, it might get some attention.

i agreed with u im 21 years old now,i rember watching it all the time when i was like a little kid, i would love nothing more than reliving , my favorite childhood time in the 90s it bring me a lot of memory of my favorite story line about demona, her daughter angela when demona save her own daughter what u said about batman they got so many versions of batman fuck batman cuz 2me batman is really boring2me i never watch every show like i did with gargoyles FUCK BATMAN GARGOYLES ALWAYS RULES

Totally agree!! WOOT!! And Brooklyn better have more screentime than he did in the old tv show! Brooklyn was my FAVORITE!! It made me so mad that he hardly got any real screen time except for a few episodes that gave him a good amount.

I loved this show when I was a kid and still do. I am currently recording the series with my new Dish TV DVR and want the whole series on DVD. There are some things that do not think should have been made into movies such as Transformers, TNMT (been there done that), or GI Joe. I want to see other DC comics movies or sequels and now I do want to see a live action Disney Gargoyles movie, this is a great idea. They could be CGI and have the original cast do the voices of the gargoyle characters.

Heck yeah! I completely agree! I don't care if it's an animated film, Gargoyles needs to be on the big screen! I mean, let's face it, if they're willing to make films out of comics and old shows, why not Gargoyles? It's one of the best shows Disney ever made, and they're spitting in the face of the fans and the actors by not keeping it alive! Bring back a new season, make a live-action movie, anything!

In my opinion, some kick ass actors should be stand ins, with the original voices should be reprised, even the Mutates, hell, Tim Curry and Brent Spinner should reprise Sevarious and Puck repectively. ANd being that Xanatos was designed after Frakes, he should come back, like Ultimate Nick Fury was disgined after Sam Jackson, and look who's gonna play him, whichs makes me wonder, is it the Avengers or the Ultimates? Anyway, keep an eye out for my fan-made cast, I hope it makes people happy.

Greg Weisman, the series creator, has been writing a comic book picking up where he left off after the end of the second season. He's ignoring the third season that he had no involvement with.

So far, eight issues are out. The first six have been collected in graphic novel format titled "Gargoyles: Clan Building Volume One". There is also a spin-off called "Gargoyles: Bad Guys" staring Hunter, Dingo, Fang, Matrix and Yama also being written by Greg.

Greg Weisman is writing a series of Gargoyles comic books which continues the Gargoyles storyline after the end of season two(hunter's moon). There are currenctly 8 issues out now with a new issue coming out every two months. There is also a Gargoyles spin off comic series called Bad Guys, which two issues are out. What I mean by all this is that Gargoyles LIVE AGAIN!!!

Well a big reason they probably wont be making a gargoyles movie (which would rock) is it is not old enough yet. They are remaking the Batman film with the joker the original joker/batman movie cam out in 89. Gargoyles Was on air from 94-97 So only a 10 year gap, transformers took a 19 year gap from the last G1 cartoon (not counting the New stuff in this because the movie is more G1 oriented)

G.I. Joe has had to wait even longer, when the G .I.Joe movie comes out in 09 it will have been 22 years since the series stopped airing. Be patient, it will come :)

i disagree. I don't think it has anything to do with how long a show has been off-air...correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they make a Bratz movie and a Spongebob Squarepants movie a few years ago? Those shows are still on the air...they are horrid, but they are still on the air...

Disney just never truly believed in Greg Weisman's vision, otherwise, they would have already released season 2 volume 2 on DVD!!

I also agree, it has nothing to do with how long the show has been on the air. It just depends on stupid writers (not that all writers are stupid, some are amazing at what they do)and what kind of stuff they are into. I wish their was a company that made movies on what people voted for. Make movies for the people by the people.

yeah and a great idea for the voice of Hudson (the oldest gargoyle) would be Sean Connery if the guys making the movie want to use bigger stars than the voice actors

i completely agree with you!! If they can do Transformers as a live action movie, i'm pretty sure they could totally pull off a Gargoyles live action movie!! OR EVEN CARTOON,....all the original voice actors are still kicking around, and none are really doing much these days, so WHY the hell not?! It would be SO awesome!

Gargoyles NEEDS to be a movie! Andrew and I like got all the DVDs of the show and watched them in like 3 days 2 summers ago!
