Gongratulations on disfiguring your body. When you do extreme dieting, exercise, and on a low calorie diet all at the same time you end up with excess skin. If you don't take care on how you are going about this whole diet and exercise regimen you are gonna end up gaining weight again. Hope your bodybuilding goals get realized. I'm not against getting surgery for loose skin, but it's how you went about it. But, it's my opinion.

You guys are the epitome of patheticness of the USA. You know to do to drop weight? Move your fat ass and work out regularly. Surgery is a failure to begin with, you still have a chubby face and the whole body looks fishy. I'm not trying to be an asshole, just telling you people that working out isn't that hard once you get used to it.

better than being dogged and told i didnt deserve to live because i was fat. i have wilsons syndrome, very low metabolism, temp stays at 95 degrees or less. not my fault. i have to work out four hours a day just to lose.

Hey your looking greattttt!!! Im so happy for you but ... but how long does it take to heal 100%??? and does your arms after it heals all the way does it have more of a smoother look??? I know im going to have to get that operation once i hit my goal weight thats why im asking. But keep the videos coming lol

Aww, you are just the cutest! You have such pretty eyes, your body looks great, you rock girl! This may sound corny , but I am proud of you, and you have really inspired me. You look so pretty. Truthfully how was the pain for your tummy tuck and thigh lift? Over the course of the past 14 months I managed to lose more than 130 lbs and have some loose skin in those areas. My inner thighs are the most troublesome , but I am pleasantly surprised that my skin is much more resillant than I thought it would be. Also if you don't mind me asking, you mentioned that you had a body lift, and a breast augmentation ( I need the augmentation big time, how much did it cost?

I love your hair highlighted, you look really happy and knowing how to rest your body and listen to it is the key to recovery.
I wonder if a self tanner on your arms, later on would help with your skin color...just a thought, but don't want any infections from that stuff seeping in on the incisions.
I be watching for you next update. thanks for sharing. I agree with low carb and stored fat :)
