The durian come from Malaysia. The crab also from Malaysia, so is the waterfall.... nothing shown in the clip is uniquely Singapore.. *sigh* But this is a good ad for the Ang Mo who dont know lah .. haha
Really. Durian is also native to Singapore and if we wanted we could fish for crab but that would overuse natural resources. Recipes for chilli crab is Singaporean anyway. And no, waterfall is in Singapore at Juron bird park I think.

of course most our durians are imported. but Singapore does in fact grow durians. During prime season, many Singaporeans go out and pluck them off the ground (illegally of course) in certain areas. The offshore islands got many also.....Singapore has so many beautiful land/sea animals, exotic plants and yet many ppl dont even know....

At my HDB building my next door neighbors are Chinese buddhists, across the hall I have Indian-Malay muslim neighbors, above upstairs is an Indian hindu family who live next to chinese christians, and I am eurasian christian :) Singapore is really blessed with a multi-everything society.
