Actually it can be fixed with audio software like 'Audition' ...just capture a clip of the interference on it own...there are a few in the first 30 seconds, then run a filter of this noise over the whole and it will be cleaned up hugely. Then sweep for the worst frequencies and turn them down, followed by a hard-Limiting of the audio....and Fanny's yer uncles wife!

the auto mic volume needs to be turned off in the camera and set manually, this film can't be fixed but next one might be better.
