Wow, that fly is incredibly easy to tie. I always thought those small patterns were so complicated. I appreciate the video and showing the material. I will have to make some of those crab flies myself to temp some bones and permit.
haha i know right? i like tan, burnts, and yellow. Yellow seemed to work well, amazingly. Although the yellow worked well imitation crustation tan worked the best for me, with the merkin fly and other crab flies i tied. I have a white clouser and a black clouser that don't seem to work as well for reds as the crabs do. maybe it's my approach? Let me know if you make more fly videos for saltwater.
yeah, reds do love their crabs don't they... thanks for the words elretardo17 (snicker), i'll have some new stuff for you soon. do you use olive for your fish? i always liked tan, rusty, burnt colors or blue crab imitations for reds. or, a white clouser. poor redfish, they have no idea what's coming!
...never tried it for carp, but every carp i've ever met is hungry and willing! (carp can't afford to be too picky) the only way i know to find out is by trying it. good luck!
what is the song in this video called?

Nice tying. Had to turn the sound down though. Somehow rap does not jive with fishing. Actually rap does not jive with anything.
