Is a Jack Fruit the same as a duran fruit or whatever the name is. I saw a TV Show where the person who ate one said it tasted like rotten onions. So who's telling the truth?

@CookingwithHaiti In Indonesia we have two kinds, one we eat as veggie one as fruit. We also boil the seed ..so delicious =D
