Guarda, lo mandai in assistenza e mi fu riparato in garanzia.

Si era rotto l'hard disk.

Da 1.8" ne trovi abbastanza e se cerchi su YouTube ci sono anche video che ti spiegano come sostituirlo.

Sempre se si tratta dello stesso problema che affliggeva il mio.

Alla fine, circa due anni fa è morto definitivamente! :(

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF A REPLACEMENT BATTERY IS BRAND NEW- WOULD IT NEED TO BE TOTALLY RECHARGED?

My Vision M just flat out stopped turning on, even when I tried to replace it. So I bought and replaced a new battery and now all it does is flash blue light. aggh help please

Mine does the same thing and I think I figured out what is wrong with it. You need a new batterey and a hard drive connector. It looks like a "z".that fixed mine... Works like a charm!

same problem I got mine to work its been down a couple of days unplug the adapter from the usb wire then plug the adapter in the zen player then plug the usb wire in the usb port turn on the zen player and hold it in the on position than plug the usb wire into the adapter while still holding the power button in the on position wait 8 seconds if it don't turn on try it again,it needs a power jolt or something to trigger it on,the reset button will only fix if the hard drive froze up

mine will have the blue light flash at the top slowly when its docked but it wont turn on ive pushed the reset button but nothing i take it off try to turn it on nothing help

my problem with my zen is my pc cant read the media player. its docked to my pc but the media explorer doesnt read my zen vision m 30gig. anyone can help?

hey gonna tell u what happens to me was so crazy.. I opened the zen took apart the battery and plugged into a usb of my computer, the blue light started blinking normal no like in the video. ten minutes after unplugged from the usb, put the battery back in and presto! was working!! amazing!! was soo happy! so I plugged it in the usb again and.. Damm stop working. now only shows the blue light stuck and does nothing, I think the main board is done need a new one.
