I cant seem to find this version in the microsoft exell 2007. I was wondering did you have to purchase an additional add-in pack from microsoft?

you won't ever find it... this dashboard was made by an advanced user, by combining Pivot Tables, Tables (Ctrl+T), and very nice formating...
After all, this is a videoclip that tells nothing, but only offers a nice view.

@unplugged10 Try this link which contains useful step by steps on how to create "dynamic" charts.. which you can use for the "dashboard".. have fun.. but take your time ;o)
