Yoona for example isn't a natural talent when it comes to singing but Taeyeon! She most definitely is!! She is not a natural talent in dancing though, Hyoyeon is. They do have true talents and true natural talents and practice makes them even better (Tiffany's singing for example which is AMAZING now)

No matter how much Blackjacks try to hype 2NE1 up they have nothing on SNSD in the Kpop or Jpop world.
