I love yoga :) I've never done bikram yoga but my neighbour gave me a yoga dvd a couple of years ago hosted by Gerri Halliwell! LOL! Next time I go to India, I want to take some classes :)
yeah , i myself haven't bought anything from there but they do have sales every now and then . it's cheaper to buy exercise gear on sale from dept.stores .
oooh, i heard about bikram yoga ... maybe i'll check it out cuz i heard its super cool. is the rally at the state capital in downtown sac? do you know the times? gosh i'm only 10 mins from there...

my roommate did bikram and she said it was crazy intense! but awesome! im not a big fan of heat so id probably suffocate!
