Eu am Garmin, dar din cauza faptului k tel nu are GPS incorporat tre` sa te conectezi la unul cu ajutorul Bluetooth-ului ... :)

in primul rand trebuie sa ai transferul de date activat, in al doilea rand, sati iei nokia maps.

You have to buy an external GPS-receiver ($ 40) The Adapt300 is the receiver for the E65, in combination with tomtom6! But, this mobile phone is kinda old fashioned now.

thanks alot for your reply loastsoul1303. would you happen to know where in the phone setting i go to trun on or off the light for the keypad?! i am still hoping it is been turned off from the setting to save battery life. please let me know if you knew :) thanks once again

at least for me it does..

i saw someone else's phone who had the keypad screwed up.. and for some reason it didn't light.. i guess his keypad has a problem..

but it sure does light up for my phone...

Hello. I have a Nokia E65 phone and i want to use the GPS but i really don´t know if the phone have an internl GPS or not. I had read a lot a lot of forums and some people says that it have and other says that no... so yes or not???. When i go to the Navigation tool of my phone, this says that there isnt a bluetooh... i really don´t know.... please help me...!!!!

the phone doesn't have any internal GPS,

u have to hook up a bluetooth GPS with the phone, then u can use and GPS application with it..

i'm using Mobile 7 Route 66 software..

and Saudi maps are available on most software..

my friend has a garmin software i guess, which even has the map in arabic..

@jeomars Salam, I used a bluetooth GPS and got the Garmin navigation application. The phone basically has an option for using bluetooth GPS devices. I hope that helps. :)

what map software are you using? TOM TOM? Does Garmin have maps for Saudi? Cuz I was thinking that Saudi maps are not available yet :)

yea but why use that if you have a GPS with you already? I have the e65 and use google maps on it, and have a tom tom 700 bluettoth for my car, but it seems pointless to connect it to the phone when MOST gps screens are bigger and volumes are louder.

Why use the e65 when you already have it.

its a bluetooth GPS only, it doesn't have a screen or anything else..

its intended for uses like this..

and i'm connecting the phone with the car's audio system, so i hear everything from the car's speakers, plus that i could use the phone as an MP3 player now, setting GPS instructions' volume a bit louder than the mp3.. :)

Does the e65 come with GPS? or do you have to add it to the phone?
