It's just a sign of the times, any time you eat fast food you run the risk of something like this, especially when employers look the other way and are lazy. I think as part of the sentence these two receive they should spend a fair amount of time in jail followed by having to repay the 22 employees that lost their jobs their lost wages. Then they can pay the franchise back for their losses as well.

Your comapny paid these 31 and 32 year old employees trash bottom feeder wages. What in the world else did you expect to get for these lousy wages. You did NOT even spend enough moneys to do a real background check. You ended up with a known sex offender who very well could of been around children on the job. This is an outrage.

Probabally different laws in south) Anyway, because of her criminal record, people question why Dominos hired her in the first place. But when I think about it, I don't think that's reason enough not to hire her. What the poor have to eat and starving people are red herrings.

No, because you're trying to divert from the original point. I'm not trying to say that what happened here is ok. I'm trying to say that it has recieved far too much media attention in light of other issues, and is an example of the general foolishness of the popular American media.
Also, it's very impolite to insult an entire region of the country based on the actions taken in one restaurant. Not all of the South is like that by any stretch of the imagination.

You asked why the girl wasn't in prison, and then stated that maybe laws in the South kept sex offenders out of prison. That could easily be percieved as a regional insult, and it was taken as such.
My original point can be stated as this, Americans are spoiled, and they like to take little problems and make them into big ones. This helps the majority of the American public not have to think as hard about how to help the human race as a whole.

No, I meant maybe the age a person is considered an adult in the south is different than the north. People get married at 14 there. What you stated about American's being spoiled, and such, I don't think anyone can argue with.

Well, we agree on one thing at least.
There are people who get married at 14, but this only happens by parental consent, and is usually the Religous Right's answer to teen pregnancy. Nobody can get married in any state in the US before they hit 18 without some form of parental consent.
My issue is that you are propogating the stereotype of the "redneck shotgun wedding" I'm only asking that you word your arguments with a little more tact.

You're missing my point. That's a red herring.
I could just as easily say that Americans are too uptight about their food, and don't have an appreciation for the fact that it's there in the first place, nose onions or no nose onions. If I was starving...I'd eat an onion that's been in somebody's nose in a heartbeat.

Ok, this is actually a pretty overblown case.
One, the list of offenses for which you can put on a sex offender list are quite numerous. It isn't, as the fear-mongering media would have us believe, just limited to child molesters. You can, if things work out well for the DA, end up on there for some aggravated sexual harassment.
The whole "child molester" scare in this country is getting pretty ridiculous.

I am so repulsed by these morons. A registered sex offender at a Domino's??? I have never eaten there, but I thought it was some family restaurant, and nobody questioned her background as she is going to be around children?? That guy is despicable and they should both do some sort of community sentence. As to tipping the drivers, I always tip the driver, they depend on that to supplement a low income.

I been beat, held where my arm is going to break, stabed, knife held to my body and neck and more at the Dominos Pizza In Jamestown, ND I work at.
I called the cops twice on it now, and the owner wont do anything :( I called the dominos security and they went over his head and fired the manager doing this to me, but the boss fired me too.

The exact same thing happened here in the UK, except it was Subway. The people in the video also said that they didn't plan to serve the food.
The guy was putting lettuce in his mouth and down his pants, etc, and then put it back in the tub apparently ready to serve again.
