"The Bush Doctorine" is actually an international relations realist theory known as

"Democratic Peace Theory", it was coined far before George W. Bush took office. I learned it in college. You can google it!!! It's real, honest.

He actually does. He has outlined his foreign policy on his website, and it's been then since he's declared he's running for President in 2007. His foreign policy involved not plunging into useless wars and more negotiations instead of "Our way or the Highway" which has made the world hate us. In addition, Joseph Biden is known for his expert foreign policies.

Sarah Palin clearly still thinks that Putin is Pres. of Russia. That alone is enough to be scared of her foreign policy beliefs.
