just for the heads up everyone, Greenpois0n RC6 now unlocks all 4.2.1 iDevices. (iphone, ipod, apple tv, ipad, etc) with greenpoison comes a preloaded app in your settings called "Bootlogo" where you can download video logos from Cydia. and you can use the Bootlogo app to manage them. and preveiw them

yeah, you just gotta plug it back into your computer, do the steps for putting it into dfu mode, itunes should recognize it as an ipod touch then and you can restore it. At least it worked for mine.... some people say it didnt work for them so best of luck

That just happened to me, the thing i did was that i put it into DFU mode and then restored it using itunes, if you dont know how to get ito DFU mode, you hold down both buttons for 10 seconds, then let go of the power button but keep holding the home button, until you hear that usb found jingle thing on your computer then itunes will recognise your ipod so you can restore it, BUT YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING OFF YOUR iPod .
