You could work on your moonwalk a lil bit, your pelvic thrusts were a off-beat (1 beat behind) and I didn't really see the en pointe stance. But anyways, great owrk!

So the solo dancing at the end was tight, I didn't really see anything from the Motown 25 performance except the beginning...but not bad. You got the moves you just don't have them in order :) If its a recreation of Motown 25 look up Jerome Horne on you tube and watch a masterpiece. I don't even know this guy but he did a spectacular recreation.
