Good job! It sounded nice, but where's the soul? Choirs like this sing beautifully, but there's no feeling. These kids are great singers, they just need some direction to inject some emotion into the song.

When my choir did this last year, the descant was sung by the majority of the choir and the other part by a small ensemble. I was lucky enough to be one of the few allowed to sing in the ensemble. :) I love this song.

LOL! Yes I do! Those bold red vests are a breath of fresh air, and they exhibit a certain amount of daring within the limits of concert apparel. I even like how the vests can be worn open or closed which adds a little "ummph" while keeping the choir uniform and dignified. I look forward to your next performance.

Oh, the inconsistent vowel sounds are just killing me a little bit. Don't slack off when holding a note... when you hold a note, you are moving forward, not static!!

Otherwise, I love the piece and I think with a little musicality put into it, it would be absolutely stunning. Dedication from all the members to knowing their parts instead of having followers and leaders, which is how a choir is supposed to work.

Do you even know what this song is about? They can sing it however they want. Our choir does it different from this choir, and that choir does it different from another, and so on. This is the music most of the choirs are given, so they can work with it however.
