hey so i have this retarded problem, ive watched many of these videos, and i swear i have done everything the exact same as you or any of the other tutorial guys, but whenever i make any sort of sound on massive the final result always comes out with this weird, super ugly scratchy/crackly noise that destroys the quality of everything and wont go away :( i have no idea whats causing it

@fishsmash It's probably the sound card you have. The sound he's producing requires some what of a better than stock sound card. Also, try getting ASIO4All and raise the sample up. It will enhance the sound by a like a shit-ton.

@MrMusicmaniac24 yeah man, im in FL, just do what toughguy023 said, make sure your running through ASIO (i was previously running through my shitty windows sound driver or w.e.), and jack up your buffer rate or bitrate or whatever the fuck in your ASIO config. It actually helps a shit ton, also make sure your using an adequate computer, massive uses a shitload of CPU, not to mention i was running Massive, Absynth, and Battery all through FL at the same time (playing 4 or 5 tracks at a time each)

@DustinDolby & @demonbom102 Had the same problem, noticing that "Talking" oscillators only have the talking style sound in higher pitched notes, so probably you're playing very low notes on your keyboard (this is what I did, at least). You can hear this effect very good on the "Aw yeah" factory preset from Massive. Played on low notes it doesn't do the "aw yeah" at all ^^

I experimented and tried to make these. I find that you should use a bandpass filter and not pitchshift.  That way, you get the wub noise and still get a solid pitch. Distort, LP filter, then tube distortion. Thats how I made mine.

As opposed to using the chorus effect, I personally think it sounds better if you set the Unisono setting in the "Voicing" tab to 2, turn the Pitch Cuttoff ON, and push the slider ever so slightly to the right.
