This is easy to get just go up the elevator then use light flight and press XOXOXO to keep flying upwards and fly through the roof and down to the bottom of the elevator. you should come to haven city but there is no people or nothing. Then just jetboard around the building and go back to the elevator and you should get this glitch

try the glitch in the city go to the Daxter game place get out jump off go back up with your jet

board keep riding on the jet board till u get to

where u see the hover car go on the hover car and then go up higher on the hover car and ride

behind u where the wall used to be ok

i kinda figured out how to do that glitch. i just swam under the door and the glitch happened when i was swiming underneath it. apparently it's not dangerous at all.
