Those aren't the stock pickups on Todd's Rickenbacker. Looks like he took the mini-humbuckers off a Gibson Firebird or Les Paul Deluxe and installed them on this guitar in place of the stock pickups.
Todd was using "the fool" on this tour. He broke a string and the rickenbacker that he used on the previous "Deface the music" tour was his back up. If by "Green Meanie" you are refering to "Foamy", Todd's current axe, this performance pre dates it by about two decades.

Saw this concert in April 1981, in Richfield Coliseum, Cleveland, the second stop on his tour. He was on FIRE.
