  • Thank you for all the advice...

  • Good luck man! I will be ready to buy a new pipe!

  • hi there. you can probably get some good ideas from laughter1099. i'm sure he can give you tips about setting up a website and running a tobacco shop.

cheers and good luck in your endeavors!!!

  • As long as he does not collect the NY 46% tobacco tax I am in.

  • Well, the first thing to do is to get a good URL for a baseline. A college programmer would probably come cheaper than a professional, and would definitely be able to make a good website. I'll comment again when more ideas hit me.

  • I have 0 advice but id just like to say good luck!!

  • Very lucky indeed. I support the online stuff. AWESOME.

  • That's awesome news to hear about the upstart tobacconist store. I wish I new a lot about it or had suggestions, but right now I could probably just add moral support. Kudos on the undertaking!

  • Google the name Gary Vaynerchuck...the guy is a god of web 2.0 marketing.

  • yes agreed. If you want good marketing talk to Gary V

  • With regards to an online presence, you will need some PHP work done on your site if you are to include sales, HTML won't cut it there :(

Unfortunately I only do HTML and a little CSS but I wish you the best of luck on your journey.

  • PS: If you need to hire someone for the job (if you cant get anyone to do it for free), I recommend getafreelancer (you'll need to add the 3 w's and the dot c.o.m part b4 and after ;)

    Good Luck
