Yep... It was all about difficulty. I had just started playing MUGEN when I did this and I decided that I'd try to do an infinite combo practically in the dark. Black Ogre, black background, lol. What make it look really good though is that you only saw his white hair and with the occasional lightning strike, it looked like someone was taking pics, lol.

What's wrong with your MUGEN exactly? My first suggestion would be to put your characters in a separate location and then try to download a new one. Even if you change your MUGEN, save your chars. See what problems you're having from there.

The third version of Strider's Bankai (MvC, I'll record it soon), my trasformation combos with Ryu (MvC again) and some combos in Samurai Showdown IV require buffering. I just cant stop looking at this video since I first saw It like a year ago when I was a Mugen Noob. Now Im wondering How did you pull off all those moves Perfectly, and How Can I learn the technique of Buffering?
There's also an example of buffering @ 1:18. While in the air after Angel Ryu's uppercut, I do LP, LP. As I land, I do f + LK, HP to complete the SGS. The LK acts as a juggle to catch Bison in the air and this SGS apparently is a "touch" as opposed to the traditional "hold" so I pull him out of the air with it. Anyway, the command is input but I was in the air for the first part of it so you only see the LK when I land and the rest is SGS success. ^_^
Also the combo @ 2:54. During the last rep of the infinite @ 3:02, I input the SGS before I even finish the Gou Zankuu. The infinite is LP, LK, MP, Senpuu Kyaku (f + MK), Gou Zankuu (air, qcf + P), repeat. *During the Senpuu Kyaku you're technically airborne and I use LP Gou Zankuu so that I land close after each rep.*
The rep I do @ 3:02 is LP, LK, MP, f + MK, qcf + (LP, LP, f + LK, FP). I buffered the SGS with the Gou Zankuu so that the command would register as I hit the ground. The hit spark from the Gou Zankuu didn't even disappear before the SGS came out... That's how fast Buffering can let you do moves. ^_^
A buffer is like a pit stop for information between your input (in this case, the controls) and your output (the screen). Buffering is using this pit stop to store commands so that when one move ends, the move that you are trying to "buffer" will execute right after. Buffering is NOT to be confused with super-cancelling. Buffers vary from game to game so you'll have to work out your own timing for execution of your moves but MUGEN allows for AWESOME buffering. Look at 3:20 and 3:30 for examples.
At 3:20, during Gouki's roll, I'm inputting the SGS in a specific timing so that as the roll ends and he gets up, he'll instantly do it (He rolls 3 times with FP). Let's say during the second roll, I punch in LP, LP, f, LK - By the end of the 3rd roll, he stands up and at the same time I press FP. You can't super-cancel the roll so I use the buffer to store the 1st part of SGS command DURING the roll and as he stands up and is free, the FP completes the command and he INSTANTLY executes the SGS.
At 3:30, it's the same except that I'm in the air. While airborne, I input the 1st part of the SGS so that the moment I hit the ground and the moment I complete the command will coincide. In the case that YOU specifically asked about, I start the SGS during the 1st hit of the 2-hit axe kick so that by the end of the 2nd hit, the command is complete and he'll INSTANTLY perform the SGS after the close FK i.e. the 2-hit axe kick (eg 2:28). It's all about practice and timing.

Once you have Shin Gouki by P.o.t.S., you have the same one I have. I'm willing to guess it's a problem with your hand speed in that you wait too long to do the SGS. I had the same problem at first. The 33 hits you see are from the SGS alone. What made me faster in my execution (besides hours of practice, lol) in this and ALL other games is a technique called "Buffering". Are you familiar with this principle? If not, I wouldn't mind elaborating. Don't give up on your Gouki just yet...

MUGEN is just a really fun fighting engine in which you can pit all sorts of fighters against each other eg Megaman vs Goku/Akuma vs Millia Rage/Scorpion vs Homer Simpson... ANYBODY. You can even make your own characters with the right software.
Just Google MUGEN. You're BOUND to find a download site and YouTube has tons of vids showing you how to trick out your MUGEN and how to make characters and stages. Have fun. ^_^
So it's kinda like Marvel vs. Capcom 2? Cause I really like that game... I wish I could get it on my Ps2, but it's like the rarest fighting game in existence!

Cool. Welcome to MUGEN then. ^_^ Look around YouTube for some tutorial vids. It sounds like you need a new SYS.def file or something. I forgot the exact name but it's what organizes your characters into grids and squares. Seek and you shall find. I even did a Beginners "How To" guide with Holy Ken. Check it out and see if it helps.

dp + K (the strength determines the range of the flip), then tap any kick while in mid air (the strength determines the end of the move). FK (roundhouse) is the kick to tap for the stomp. I'm not sure what he says but it's the only stomp I know of.

mugen is insanely dumb.. but this video was actually one of the few videos ive seen on youtube that shows how broken the mugen engine is and you seem to have full grasp of this... pretty good video man
lol Thanx. It means more since you don't even like MUGEN. As an avid fighter in other games, I enjoy the freedom that MUGEN engines offer in terms of combo-ability and character creation. I'll put it this way - If gravity took a sick day, wouldn't you fly your ass off? ^_^
My advice, don't look to MUGEN for SERIOUS gameplay. Just enjoy the insanity. I know I do.

Loving the infinites. About Angel Ryu's infinite: Does he have a 'launcher'? Maybe you could use that to stop the enemy from dropping so fast tothe ground.
Unfortunately no. This is an edit of CvS Ryu and a launcher wasn't programmed. The most that can be done with it is juggle into his Raging Demon after two, maybe a couple more repeats.
On my video you stated, "See what I can do then tell me if I'm worthy of a good fight with you." Well after watching this video, I did not see your real skills. Mainly becuase you weren't fighting any live opponents and your special bar was at max the entire time. Would you be a worthy opponent? I haven't seen you fight anyone so I can't answer that question.
I stated that all techniques shown were possible during an actual match. If you check it out, none of the combos exceeded 3 power stocks and all the combo setups have practical applications. Besides, I try not to use the infinites during a fight. Kinda sux the fun out of it. Still, I hear you and thank you for your response.

No problem. It's "Desire" by 4Strings. The song is naturally short so I had to mix it and double it to fit the vid.
MUGEN is BETTER than MvC2 imho. ^_^
