Unlikely to be used for Sabres games. Would require permission from HBO and I'm sure there would be royalites involved. I'm sure NJ would patten a similar opening for the Devils as well.
I'm curious if this was an intended response to losing Drury and Briere i.e. the drama unfolding in the Sabres front office, or if it was orchestrated prior to or without that in mind. It's very funny in any event.
