It is Jamie Lidell, this footage is taken from a show called "from the basement" on sky arts channel (i think). this episode was Beck, Jamie Lidell and Jarvis Cocker. Jamie lidell was the highlight for me..

I don't think so. It's somebody in Beck's band. I looked up the musicians who played on The Information on Wikipedia, and I still don't know. Anybody out there who knows, let us know. : )
