Isa coming to think of it thathese party goers, children, teens used to go to church for new years services, @ a family gathering, with friends @ the neighbourhood street and now this!! The governemnt needs to abolish such loud gatherings such as this. We need to stick to the old format of life and living. Hopefully a decree will be passed on this LOL
