i love love LOVE LOVE this man!!he changed my life. i wil never understand , why such an amazing actor was SO underestimate by hollywood producers. its rediculus to say everybody would say hes Luke when hes on screen, harrison ford played a lot of roles and nobody says hes han or indiana, same with stalone , he is not just rocky or rambo. i can name actors for hours, i really think not lunching him as a SUPERSTAR is one of the biggest hollywood failures.HE is such a awasome actor,what a waste:(

@SidNightWalker It's an excellent point, I mean... the mainstream audiences will NEVER understand what it takes to put a film like this together.  Even today, with more directors "reaching in their pocket" for computer graphical effects and all the glitz techno-spectacle.

Obviously, Hamill understood how important the shots are (a professional)... and probably also understood that his role... was one of MANY during the "Degobah" scenes. I mean, imagine being Frank Oz! Or anyone else on-set.

Mark Hamill does a pretty good imitation of Yoda -- much better than John Lithgow did in the radio version of TESB. They should have used his imitation instead, even though he was also the voice of Luke Skywalker.

Have you read Timothy Zahn's books? I recommend reading them or at leat the comic book versions. The story goes on in them. If there will ever be another sequel, it should be made of those books, with Luke as a Jedi Master, Leia as the head of the New Republic and things like that...

I just worked with this awesome actor at Comic Con 2009 in San Diego & he was the absolute best to host. He was all about the fans & their experience & making sure the kids had the best time while they were there. He signed a bunch of stuff for us in the booth & he made everyone in attendance feel welcomed. What a true professional & a man of integrity. Great job Mark, you're one of the best.

ESB is based in Luke and in Mark's acting more than the other 2 films. I think that's why I like it so much, because he was enjoying it so much and did the job perfectly!

Like his acting in the duel with Vader when he was told all about the ``I am your father´´ thing just a moment before filming it and with David Prowse telling him some other thing.

Never knew about all these problems he had in the movie but I always noticed how convincing he was talking to a puppet !!! He built up the whole movie.

I never was a Star Wars die hard fan but when I watch those films, it is really special. cool characters, cool script and most of all means of putting it all on film. If it was made today everything would have been done in front of a blue screen with no emotions, nothing.....

Looks good! Mark Hamill rarely does interviews or tell Star Wars stories. For me, this is a MUST HAVE DVD. In just the few minutes talking about the Yoda puppet, I was hooked. Looking forward to this when it comes out!
