Jeri I have a question is there a specific bach flower remedy for hypoglycemia, heart & thyroid issues?

Was told to buy a bach flower remedy spray an all in one but I'm wondering is there is a specific forumula for the issues I am going through now. Have no health insuarnce, very disciplined diet still having trouble thugh, not 1 doctor has been able to pin point my symptoms but I haven't been wrong pin pointing my issues. many thanks for any relief you could send my way advie wise.

@Aponi896 I would advise you that a Bach Therapist in the UK would understand that when our emotions are out of balance over a period of time it can cause a physical impact/illness in the body. Thus if you went to a practitioner or prescribed for yourself you think about which of your emotions are out of balance RIGHT NOW ie if you felt very jealous then Holly should be taken along with others-No remedies works on specific conditions although when you take in above manner affect general health.

I might add, its true theres no practical instrument for measuring the effects of flower remedies but let me ask you this - if they are a placebo as you may be thinking, then why do they have a quantifiable effect on animals?

Do you know a remedy for loss of smell & taste? 3 months ago I had a terrible chest cold and used about 9 Zicam swabs within 2 months. Oh boy, recently I found a warning about Zicam that it can destroy the sense of smell and taste. I've already file a report but nothing is more saddening than not being able to have my senses:(

@sheelajacks07 Hi. Loss of smell and taste is a classic marker for zinc deficiency. Guess what your body uses a lot of when you're sick. Zinc, of course. Find a good Zinc Picolinate supplement and take a a couple capsules with each meal. There is a liquid Zinc called Zinc Assay and if you take a spoonful and don't taste it, you need Zinc. If you've got plenty in your system, then it will taste bitter. Very interesting. Sunflower seeds are the best source of Zinc. Good luck.  Take care
