Is one lifeterm in US really forever? Here in Germany one lifeterm-sentence is mostly 15 Years, after that it is evaluated if the prisoner can go. Mostly they are set free. If the court sees a "very heavy guilt" (don't know how translate that corretly), he will be locked away after the sentence. But they get a nicer sourrounding than a normal prison.
if the police started doing vipassana with criminals they wouldn't need to shoot people like this.

Yes, Last time I cheaked police were ment to uphold the law, not break it.
If a police officer wants to "kill" someone they should not be a cop.
