Fuzzy logic is: Cut jobs and lower pay to save money. Logical thinking is to make basic medical and dental paid with taxes and available to everyone. Free college and tech schools. in wage at $15 a hour and increases 50 cents each year. If people have full time ,well paid jobs, health care and reasonable housing, they would feel secure enough to spend money and buy homes. The countries economics would expand and grow. @Redhotflamebabe I would immediately go to your local consumer affairs deparment in person and get a copy of forclosure rights,, also visit you local sheriffs department to find out wat powers they can be given to varify the consumer rights. Then also start visiting the courts and try to sit in on some other forclosure hearings. Any kind of loophole you can find exploit it to the fullest even if it a simple wording mistake. But try to find someting better.

Within the Free Market there are contracts setup freely between individuals/entities. If there is a violation of said contract it is right to have arbitration either through private means or a public trial. You can have a Free Market with government enforcing contracts, ensuring Private Property Rights and providing fair trial to sort disagreements.

Then I go bankrupt from civil fees and lose my ranch.

@Weaseldog2001 This is why we have private property and local law enforcement. The Sheriff or police would be called to intervene as soon as the dumpers are caught. The Sheriff immediately tells the individuals dumping to stop or they will be arrested for trespassing, vandalism etc. At that moment those individuals decide - do they fear being arrested or fear losing their jobs if they stop dumping. Lawyers are not involved until the rancher decides to sue for damages. That's a clear cut case.

@Weaseldog2001 What we currently have is a mixture: Over the last 100 or so years true capitalism has given way to Corporatism, Cronyism, Statism, Favoritism, Fascism, Socialism et al. Banks, mega corps, too big to fail industries and other special interest groups are granted extraordinary privileges the rest of the market doesn't receive.Subsidies, tax breaks etc are granted to one sector & not another. This creates unfair advantages that wouldn't exist in a true free market system.
