A Chow Chow that loves water.

Chows are very stubborn dogs. My friends dog is so cute though, she likes to run around barking at strangers but as soon as she feel a droplet, she comes running inside the house!

I have a cinnamon/fawn Chow myself,(15 years young) and she behaved the same way at our lake house. However, after throwing her in multiple times, she would just jump off the dock with me!! (The only way to shampoo her was at the lake. It was NOT cruel to throw her in, as I jumped in with her and IMMEDIATELY held her up. Now she LOVES to jump in at the lake, especially if she sees a fish...hysterical to watch her chasing water turtles too!

Now this is NOT animal cruealty! This is so cute! You are lucky that you have a chow chow that doesn't absolutly hate water!!! I love Chow Chows!!! They are the cutest!!!!

@hedgehogsrule11 many years ago i found a hedgehog in the middle of the street at night,i fetched it and took it into the woods nearby.

This is sooo cute! My chow walks around puddles because she hates water so much! And at the beach she sits at the edge of the water watching me anxiously as I'm swimming... I wish she was as brave as this chow! haha

My previous two dogs never liked water too and they barked at me while i swimmed and the bigger dog would pull me down from a hollywood swing,haha.

My Chowgrirl likes water too. She can swim and does so in the sea behind my house.

The strange thing is that she is afraid of rain and wont go out when its wet outside!
