  • you drained my life.... you talk too much, start the lesson already, biggest waste of 4 minutes and 57 seconds of my life, oh god now i wasted another minute writing this up,,, DAMN YOUUUUUU

  • I started rollerblading last year and i'm loving it. I wonder if you can give me any tips on backwards skating stuff. I want to learn to do fakie stuff down ramp transitions or out of grinds. I also want to learn to skate down stairs backwards.

  • @neokregon2009 You need to work with Extreme Skaters as I only provide tips and exercise formats. Sorry. Just google extreme skating. Good Luck! DW

  • @neokregon2009 backwards is easy but you must wear a helmet. I fell once, bounced my head off the road and went to hospital.

  • Donna is bbbeeeaaauuutttiifffuuulll!

Are you wearing skating pads because you are going to skate indoors? OOoohh, you'll get told off ha ha ha.

    I'm looking to buy some new skates. I can't decide between a pair that's £120 or a pair that's £220...hhmmm....

  • hello! :) i am 13 and i am a girl and i love to inline skate my dad and his friend have got me hooked into it bout 3 weeks ago and ve been practicing ever since i know it will take me a long time to get better but i wear knee pads elbow pads wrist guards and helment!! any tips or ideas for me? thank u!!

  • @diablo2freakgirl Take a look at my videos for beginners. Some of my exercise with rollerblading vids give you tips too. Just remember to keep your knees bent and your chin up parallel to the ground. If you have to look down, use your eyes not your head. Your body follows your head so if you put it downward, your body will want to go downward too. Have fun and happy skating! Donna

  • you look hot in your roller skates!

  • @ovywan08 Why thank you!!!!! :-)

  • Curious question

What would you say is the average speed of inline skates? Roller skates?

And can a skater go faster than a Bike, skateboard, sprinter/runner, Car?

    Thanx for your uploads. :-)

  • @Urhoboman5 The average is 8 - 11 miles an hour for a descent skater. Newbies will be less at first. This pertains to both types of skating. Can't answer the rest as that would depend on how good you are at skating and how fast they are going. Good luck and happy rolling! Donna

  • @Urhoboman5 there are some professionals that can reach around 40mph. I've briefly touched 30 but it's quite difficult (and dangerous). I understand that Usain Bolt can reach up to 30 just by running! (but not for long) although I calculated one of his speeds to be 23mph

  • Hi Donna, You have energy for 3 persons, I really enjoy watching all your videos. Just downloaded your lesson, very information especially for someone never skate before. I would recommend to anyone who want to learn how to skate on their own. Keep up the good works and looking forward to seeing more of your video in the future. Peace, Kavan.......

  • @k90211lee Thanks Kavan for your comment and your recommendation. I really appreciate it. Please keep me posted on your progress. Donna

  • Donna, in the few days I've owned your video, I can say honestly, and to my amazement primal fear and apprehension ("You're too old; You're too clutzy;Gonna end up in a body cast", etc) I"ve harbored in my mind about taking up inline skating is GONE, and the only reason I am not skating this very day, is I'm not done juggling my budget to make it happen. Donna, you've explained everything you outlined in this clip so clearly.. Thank you Donna Marie, I'm not frightened of this anymore :-)

  • @michaelm742 You are so very welcome. Thank you for your comments. I appreciate you sharing with others how the video helped you. I look forward to hearing about your progress. Donna

  • Hi Donna, as you know I just bought your video, and I wholeheartedly reccomend it to anyone who is contemplating taking up inline skating, and particularly the ones like me who are very apprehensive about starting. I've viewed your video twice already and am already more confident. You've shown me how to fall and how NOT to fall, and I'm very greatful :)

  • Hi Donna, Rollerblading has been a fun way to stay motivated and in shape. You look very tone and in great shape compared to your first videos from many months ago. It is always nice to see that you are always providing helpful information throughout all your Rollerblading videos. I look forward in purchasing your video. $12.97, can't beat that since I'm still just above beginner and it is always a good idea to learn from a certified instructor like you than to learn from the average Joe, lol

  • @rafaelperezatcharter why thank you for your nice comment. Yes rollerblading keeps me in shape and I want to help others do the same and have fun while they are doing it. I look forward to your feedback. Happy Rolling! Donna
