  • Hahahaha " ozone levels down by 27%!" LOL

  • @INMATE2468

Yes, perry is a joke, but a funny one. Thanks for watching too!

  • "ozone levels down by 27%" good fucking job retard, because we all need less ozone?!?!

  • @londean

LOL! Yes, perry's shrewd mind somehow connects ozone to Our atmosphere negatively, the way Medical Research connects cholesterol to heart disease. perry has the brain's of a flea, and it wants them back. Thanks for watching and posting!

  • "Scholarship at all levels has been devalued and impugned by the deep thinkers of the Right. Conservatives have cast doubt on science from evolution to climate change on no rational basis at all other than that it isn’t in the Bible or they just plain don’t like it. Their inability to grasp the ideas of postmodernism has proven no deterrent to their making fun of its questioning of the absolute certainty of all scientific claims (does anyone detect an irony here?)." -Robin Lakoff

  • @scotttebben

    Excellent!

  • GALLILAO! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.... I CANT BELIEVE THESE DUMB MORONS ARE APPLAUDING HIM.

  • @toptrichs

Yes, they're dumber than perry is. Thanks for watching too!

  • What the fuck is he trying to say??

  • @Infantrypiercy

Hmmm, good question. We think you have to ask his Psychiatrist, or handler. Be Well!

  • Only in America is global warming a matter of opinion.. For fucks sake -_-

It has scientifically been proven that this cycle of events which inevitably ends to an ice age has taken place in the history and will take place in the future.

Im a Finnish 16 year old student, and to see that Americans take these kinds of things as "theories" or matters of opinion is absolutely stunning.

  • @XplosivCookie

We couldn't agree more, and thanks for watching. It is extraordinary that there are animals i9n society that are too stupid to see their effect on Our fragile, closed-circuit system. You can't teach the stupid to become smart, intelligence has genetic roots. You could lock them in a small room with no ventilation and ten runners on treadmills, raising the temperature with every passing second to illustrate a "closed-system," and they're still too stupid to get it.

  • @YellowMagi

Yep, thanks for watching and commenting too! Be Well!

  • Listening to this man is hard work. I'm glad he dropped out.

  • @Vyna80

Yes, perry's idiocy is astounding, but, entertaining. You are correct though, it's a mental workout trying to digest his imbecilic ravings, even after calibrating for an IQ of 0. Thanks for watching and posting too! Be Well!

  • Why would Texas need to make their air cleaner if it is not humans contributing to climate change?

  • @jsahkljdhkashvbosild

Nail on the head! Thanks! perry is self-invalidating. Thanks for the fine comment too!

  • Did you texans know that your state was not regulating uranium radioactive isotopes in your drinking water for over 2 years?? And this fool knew about it the whole time... tish tish.

  • @Gtrplyr1

Yes, and he's also the "Taster," which accounts for the obvious brain damage. Thanks for posting too!

  • @mccainisthroughX cheers :)

  • These Repubtards are MORONS!

  • @Yankeeboy1970

    Yes, sad too.

  • That Michelle Bachmann! She's allowed out unsupervised?

  • @morgywops I love your comment!! Thumbs up!!

  • @morgywops

No, there is a Monkey offstage who chaperones her.

  • fuck coal alternative energy=more jobs due to research and man power needed for construction of things such as windmills. personal experience of this is when a local town installed wind turbines the local employment rate shot up by adding over 180 jobs in 1 (very small) town

  • @Prestage6473

    Excellent post!

  • 584 people work for oil companies and are afraid of alternative energy

  • @Prestage6473

That's right, and thanks for posting too!

  • This guy is stuck in the 1800s.

  • I'm 15 and British. This guy is an idiot.

  • ozone layer is down by 60% LMAO!

  • What the fuck, he sounds like a fucking fifth grader

  • and to think the trillions of dollars we've spent on war in the middle east so far could've already paid for a complete energy-infrastructure switch to non-carbon. this was George W's mission. to physically bind us to carbon for eternity. all the money we would've used to switch, he spent on this war.

  • Rick perry speeches are just stupid mindless and a bad example why he should be president! Vote rick perry down!!

  • @pinkyhead100 Hes not running anymore dude.

  • I think he means ozone in the lower atmosphere which is a pollutant compared to the ozone layer in the upper atmosphere which reflects UV light. But he is still an idiot

  • This man is stupid as shit. It makes me loose trust in mankind to see that idiots like him have a fair chance to be president.

  • This guy does actually govern a entire state? I mean...really?

  • Texas is embarrassed have idiots like perry come from it.

  • 27%?!?!?! WHAT THE FECK?

  • maby I am just an idiot, but is it not a bad thing when your ozone goes down 27%?

  • @SteenkampG I think it is, actually.

  • What the actual fuck did i just listen to?

  • Ozone down 27% in Texas?

  • just like evolution, spherical earth and heliocentrism is NOT settled. The earth isn't warming, god created it 6k yrs ago. are you people stupid? jks.

  • @halflifeproductionz i dont get it.. evolution is genuinely a theory despite being very plausible, spherical earth is well, true and heliocentrism is completely false.there is no common ground in any of your comparisons in criticizing his opinion so dont be so quick to make fun of his 'lack of knowledge' here.i would say more but i think thats plenty for you to digest fyi i dont like perry paul all the way!

  • @montysmithtyler

Gravity is a "theory" too, and like Evolution, is a simple, well known fact, agreed upon by nearly 100% of Scientists, who also happen to be nearly 100% Non-believers too. perry is a dolt who used an example against himself, pointing out that Galileo was "outvoted for a spell," by religious Kooks like perry, but, in the long run, Galileo was 100% correct, and the church and perry's ilk, were again, proven 100% wrong. Facts are fun. Thanks for watching too!

  • The bold face lies that these people just spouted is sickening. FYI people the science IS in there is no debate between scientists just the scientists that have been bought off by big oil just like the tobacco company's did in the 60's. These politicians are not misinformed they know full well what's going on and the lies they are telling.

  • I thought Palin was bad, not sure who is worse. How did he become a fighter pilot?

  • what is he saying?

  • rivers of blood flow in texas.....no lie

  • This guy would make an excellent fox news reporter

  • @suntannedmedal

    Lol....

  • OZONE LEVELS DOWN?!?!?!

  • hahaha "ozone leves"

  • All politics are stupid. You need to take the money out of all politics and campaigning. And people need to stop siding with people because they have a good speech. Earth to Americans most canidates don't ever follow through with what they say...

  • Did he say ozone levels down 27%? That cant be too good...

  • These people are so ignorant and stupid it's really mind, fucking, boggling. They should be grateful for the scientists for their everyday hard work. If it wasn't for them, many science mysterious wouldn't have been solved. 95% of scientists agree it is real, yet people side with 5% idiots who are unsure.

  • Rick Perry read a book once. I think it was green.

  • anyone who clapped after that needs to be slapped thumbs up if you agree

  • Wow. Rick Perry is literally fucking retarded.

  • @MrFreeLibertarian LOL! The cartoon is from the first version of 'Great Global Warming Swindle'. Did you even watch the video? I think not. Show me one peer-reviewed study from scientific literature that show that our planet isn't warming! You are just asserting without evidence that there is some kind of fraud.

Professor Muller led a new study on this subject and he and his team found that the planet is warming! Different method, same result: global warming is real. Nature.

  • "Ozone levels down by 27%" Isn't that a bad thing? As far as I know, ozone protects us from the UV light.

  • @MrFreeLibertarian Phil Jones has been miss-quoted.

Video: 8a. Climate Change - Phil Jones and the 'no warming for 15 years'

  • @MrFreeLibertarian It is referring to decline of tree growth not decline of temperatures. Muller simply got it wrong. Watch that greenman's video or read the article by Fred Pearce.

  • I live in istanbul , i saw one of his speech on tv was enough to make me crazy ... I had no idea about american presidents .. if you americans vote him usa will select most moron president of the history and he will put your country in trouble ... he has no idea about international policy .. he should go ride cow ... i will never understand why educated americans can vote such people .

  • @facecheese123

Many ignorant idiots in the U.S., yes. All, no. You apparently don't realize to what extent the non-idiots here are sickened by the crew of fundamentalist morons vying to become the republican presidential candidate, especially with the worst of them like Perry and Bachmann. Thankfully Sarah Palin is out of the picture, after brainwashing armies of imbeciles to buy her stupid books so she could earn over 10 million dollars off of their stupidity and retire.

  • omg why have they never been told to shut up?

  • An octet of idiots on stage to parade their ignorance before the world, trying to convince people to like them. Nauseating.

  • I liked this just for the description! lol

  • I love getting to see Ron paul for 3 seconds loosing his mind to this mans BULLSHIT! Wonder what its like having to go to work every day having to lie to the American people for the Elite. I'm pretty sure were not the only sheep around here...=)

  • Who needs logic and reality when you have Jesus?

  • He said he doesn't believe when professional Scientists give him studied facts. Does he realize that he's talking out of his ass again?

  • Everybody always comments on how dumb this man is, they are right! Jeez...duh.....

  • Can you guys down south get you,re shit together.... Climate change is most likely caused by humans sto

  • You economy is already fucked up and will be for years to come. Oil reserves will run out in the next hundred years anyway. No offense but US brings up some of the most retarded politicians. The founding fathers are crying in their graves. Best regards from Ireland.

  • Texas is the leading state in greenhouse gas emissions contributing to global warming...Texas has consistently refused to adhere to EPA standards. Perry, being in the pocket of energy companies, has stated it is too costly to conform to EPA standards...lawsuit pending in Federal Court. Perry is ill informed, a career politician, pandering to his major contributors, at the expense of Texas citizens health and well being. I am a Texas Republican and Rick Perry is wrong, dead wrong.

  • @MrFreeLibertarian I know the hacked emails and I know how they were quote mined. I just didn't know that they are from East Anglia. Potholer54 covers this issue with great detail in some of his videos. One example of these videos is '6. Climate Change -- Those hacked e-mails'. You still haven't made a real case against climate change.

  • everyone check out my VIDEO's I am bashing Republicans 1 video at a time and I am a gay vlogger so ENJOY!

  • duh

  • thats republicans for you. how did he get the readings for texas did he put a dome over texas for the test?

  • Galileo got out-voted?

  • @Moragauth I'm not sure whether you realize it, but the the scientific process that resulted in our knowledge of the anthropogenic causes of global warming is the same that produces knowledge in physics, biology, medicine...

And we use public policy all the time in response to theories produced by those fields. For instance, there may be fringe groups out there who believe that there's a link between vaccination and autism, but it doesn't stop us from recommending it as public health policy.

  • @Moragauth Dude... seriously, can you do math?

  • 1:39 Ozone levels? That's not something we pollute the air with, that's a natural layer of the Earth's atmosphere that protects us from UV rays made by the sun. Ugh... George Washington would be pissed if he saw how our country is today.

  • @WillTheFilmmaker Dude... look it up before you embarrass yourself. Ozone in the stratosphere: good, protects us from UV light damage. Ozone at ground levels is not only a greenhouse gas but also has nefarious effects on health.

  • @lejeunesage Ah okay. So my comment was both a misunderstanding and truthful in one part.... but..... looks like I didn't know entirely. Thank you for the info.

  • @WillTheFilmmaker No problem. I should have worded my comment less caustically. Sorry about that.

  • @WillTheFilmmaker surface ozone is actually harmful and is caused by human activities. google surface ozone.

  • "Nitrous Oxide"... THAT'S LAUGHING GAS DUHHHH!!!!

  • i like how mitt romney is just staring at him probably thinking '' This moron hardly ever makes sense at all''

  • after G.W. Bush.......i dont think there will be a Gov. from the state of Texas that will ascend to the presidency for a looooonnnnggggg time. & rightfully so. idk what made rick perry think he could actually win the republican nomination?!

  • wow. this guy is a moron. not like ron paul! ron paul knows what hes talking about and says it!

  • Can't. Sentence. Properly.

  • @IrisConlon

    ROFL !!!

    Well said.

  • Uggh! Get your head out of the sand, Perry.

  • im confused should i like ? or should i hate?

  • Screw the scientific debate, as long as there's people like that in any kind of power then we're all hopeless cases! Hahah!

  • how do some pple even get close to a presidential debate that is a mystery...

  • @piper123456 It is called money

  • @Sezlar yuph...the US money. I also call it ppl ignorance. You see, people always complain about the crap government or politicians they have but don't realise that they were the ones who put them there first place. Ppl should think very carefully who they vote b4 they do...but seems like they vote first, then they think and finally they complain!

  • ha ha moron. rick P.

  • @Moragauth What's more likely: that a bunch of scientist with wildly different sources of funding in diverse countries across different continents would get together to manufacture data, or that the fossil fuel industry, which stands to lose a lot of money would try to sow doubt and confusion in the public's mind.

But it's hard to take a scientific look at the data and conclude that AGW is a hoax, hence the case of Richard Muller.

  • @lejeunesage You have to remember that we use fossil fuel for more than just some fuel. If this trend continues, fossil fuel industry will not go out of business, but they will just become rich beyond anyone's belief. Stop thinking about energy source, but think about what you see and use everyday. What happens when the sinlge most important ingredient for medicine, food, clothing is almost depeleted? Oil companies around the world will have more than enough power to control the whole world.

  • @Moragauth Ha! I thought I was just a person who was conscious of his carboon footprint, but I now realize I'm an "envirofascist," whatever that means. Thank you for enlightening me!

I work in the scientific field. It's not about opinion; it's about data. If a theory fits the data, we adopt it as the best current explanation for a phenomenon. Debate arises only when there is contradictory evidence or when current theories no longer explain the data adequately. Currently, AGW fits the data best.

  • @j00ls41 Dude... seriously? The idea that there's no scientific consensus on this is just is figment of the American Political Right's imagination.

There has been international scientific data on this for years and the data is getting stronger every year. The only major western country where is a political debate about whether the science is true is, sadly, the U.S.

  • @lejeunesage Or eastern countries... both the Japs and Chinese accept their part in the story... and accept that humankind is poisoning itself out of existence. So does India...

What I find funny is that along with the whole global warming stuff american politicians bother conflate and confuse it with environmental waste etc.

As if somehow the local environment in a city isn't also being poisoned.

No doubt despite the green haze over LA scientists are still unsure if its made by humans..

  • @pjpopper yeah clearly all the educated people are stupid ....

    Seriously....are you for real?

You think that the more educated someone is...the less they have the ability to reason that knowledge?

Clearly the people who designed and built that PC you are using were obviously the dumbest fuckers on the planet then... cos if they got indoctrinated with silly things like computer science it would obviously hinder them ... better they are uneducated and can think clearly ehh?

  • Let me tell you what he 'done in Texas' rather than listen to every climatologist who told him not only is Texas heading into many hundreds or thousands of years of desertification... but that it is completely irreversible... that they need to plan for this disaster 'right now'....what did he do? ...well he had a three day 'pray for rain'

Seriously... this man is not just a moron... but a dangerous moron, his actions of praying and nothing else are tantamount to a breech of his position.

  • It's a very common argument by the Republicans. As long as there is 1% of scientists who still feel that maybe there is an alternative theory to Global Warming than "human activities", they will drill on it and use it to their advantage. They just twist words and make it seems they are fighting for other hands-on issues that people care a lot more such as more jobs and less spending. What can you do, politicis is about hwo good you can twist ideas and make people believe in you.

  • @Jackyhkable In Perrys case he ignored climatologists that informed everyone... from the 1990's onward that Texas is heading into a period of extreme desertification that will make the dust bowl look like a beech party.

They also published details of when this will be, how long it might last and measures that they might recommend to halt a human disaster.

Perry like his predecessors chose to ignore all of it. Instead Perry had a three day 'pray for rain'.

Moral of the story... leave Texas.

  • @Unrealistix That was well said, Unrealistix! =]

  • I'm sorry but maybe it might have been my brain filtering out BS, but I didn't understand any of the points bachmann and perry were trying to make. Wtf?

  • Climate news..

(PLEASE read article before the denier troll with all the sock puppet accounts CENSORS it)..

    .

The climate change message is not being heard: Here's how to change tack

    .

Over the past decade, as news on the looming threat from global warming has continued unabated and become increasingly dire, public opinion has stayed static or become more indifferent to the need to take drastic action.

    .

    London Guardian, UK

    Opinion, 5 January 2012

  • he also said his states ozone level is down isnt that bad?

  • CO2 LAG

  • Republican's are children I don't think america will last with another republican as president.

  • Ozon down 27%? Goodbye earth!

  • Dumbfuck

  • OH MY GOD HE DID IT HE DID IT HE IS STUPIDER THEN BUSH

  • More interviewers need to say "Thank you for your response, but you didn't answer my question" more often.

  • @capitano11ful You might want to actually want to do some research on global warming and consider the fact that the overall global temperature has been gradually but steadily increasing since the industrial revolution of the 1800's

  • To all AMERICANS: Please please please do NOT allow either of these dipshits into any positions of power whatsoever.

  • Excuse me mister Perry, Galileo's scientific observations were denied and suppressed by religious buffoons like yourself.

  • did he just boast about Ozone level going down by 27% a good thing? WTF? We need Ozone as much of it as possible. That's whats keeping all of us alive in the first place.

  • 0:52 wow yet hes pro war?

  • did i hear it right? did rick say that texas has their ozone level down is a good thing? the amazing atheist said hes stupid but i didnt expect this kind of elementry level stupid

  • OMFG is this asshole for real???? How can people elect this idiot for governor... and who are the shitheads cheering him up...

  • Does anyone like this guy?

  • @boz987 nah

  • ANSWER THE QUESTION!!! WHICH SCIENTISTS DO YOU FIND MOST CREDIBLE.

  • he is so stupid lol

  • rick perry is an asshole. he's totally against abortion, hates gays, and is an idiot

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • This is sad! Who the HELL IS CLAPPING TO WHAT THIS RETARD IS SAYING?!

  • it's okay rick, soon the nice men in white coats will come and take you to the happy mental home

  • Dear Americans.

Screw Canada. Come to NZ or Australia.

  • WTF XD

  • ricky do you realise that ozone is a good thing right?

  • why is this thumbed down hes being stupid thumbs up

  • He reminds me of a Bush, he have same moves, and sounds just as dumb!

  • So if you have a huge industry that causes adverse environmental effects, there's no doubt that unless there's a shift in the industry simply shutting it down to fix the environment will also adversely affect the economy. Get rid of environmentally responsible jobs. Replace jobs you get rid of geared toward your industry shift.

  • Econonics!

  • oh my god

  • got to get them ozone levels down 20% mmmmmhhhhhmmmmmmmmm. I R politics

  • He makes me ashamed to be Texan >.<

  • To be honest the way this country is going I'll probably be moving to canada anyway.

  • @Mrherpaderp3000

    I'm comin with ya man...

  • Dear Americans - If this idiot ever becomes your president, I invite every American to come up to Canada Sincerely Concerned Canadian.

  • embarassing for me as a texan resident.

  • What a massive idiot! Hah! I feel sorry for Americans if he becomes your next president. You'll need all the luck in the world with you!

  • THREE things: Global Climate change is already putting Americas economy "at jepordy" The scientifc Fact of temperature increase and sea level rise will have monsterous economic impact on this country

... and ... and... well you know I forgot what the third thing is.

  • OZONE DOWN ?!?!?!?!! HOW THE FUCK DO YOU CLEAN YOUR AIR LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. HE'S HEAD IS NOT SETTLED.

  • God what an idiot.

  • Ozone levels down? hahaha it gets worse.

  • OZONE DOWN BY 27% THAT'S THE WAY YOU NEED TO DO IT.

  • GUYS, WE NEED TO FIND OUT WHAT THE SCIENCE TRUELY IS!

  • @BlackAdd3r00 Read and you will know that the science is settled. Global climate change is here , it very real, and it's not good. 99% of peer reviewed scientists from around the world agree on this.

  • 0:15-0:50 completely bullshitted that.

  • man this is painful...

  • idiot

  • Fucking hell its like listening to a speech by rainman. Get a fucking sentence out you moron!

  • the environment should come before the economy. if there's no fucking earth there's no humans thus the economy is irrelevant. this is way more logical than any of the bullshit rick perry just spewed.

  • "Galileo got outvoted for a spell."

Anyone who knows their history should be shocked that he thought that was a legit statement to say. So, he thinks science should be fearful of religious ignorance? Galileo was right, Rick. The church was too slow to realize that. Just like you.
