Hello! I'm using Adobe After Effects CS4 on my Windows 7.

When I render a file the file size gets HUUUGE! I render a 8 second movie and the file got 1,36 gib and there is no sound in the file and it's slow to play. Why?! I'm working in HD.

Guys i have a huge problem....this started 2 days ago out of nowhere....Whenever i want to render even a 2 second film it says the output frames are 6392 or some hugeee number like that....So i render and of course it takes up 100% of my diskspace -___- Yeah so even though i know there are only like 580 frames to render it still shows up saying like 6000 frames!!!! and it says warning disk size might not be able to etc.( just says i wont have enough space) Please Help me

@XXoHackzoroXX YO so i just heard from friend this solution, if your video is laggging because it is a rediculously huge file, try.wmv or the quick time format(make sure your video)

second thing is appearntly you need a very good computer for it to not lag aswell both affect it from what i hear not sure yet but ima give it a try, and if you already found a solution please leme know
