If our government was to be run according to Al Gore and we were to outlaw all industry as he wants, we would be riding a horse and buggy yet. I realize the cons of what al gore does and I accept them as well. But I believe that what al gore is doing is more important than the fossil fuels he is using. He has raised the conciseness of the climate crisis. Think about all the people that have converted to better and more efficient ways of living, I think what he has done outweighs what fossil fuels he has used. Best of luck! Thank you Mr. Gore for doing so much all of these years to get the truth out about this crisis to the people. I suggest those who have nothing better to do than trash the man actually do a little research. His message is correct and unless we join together to preserve this planet we will lose our ability to sustain our species.

Al the Bore deservs credit for admitting that he hopes to "successfully trick you (the attending graduates)". If only we could harness the enormous wind power he is expending here to generate electricity! He alone is exhaling enough CO2 to raise earth's temperature a few degrees. He talks at great length about freedom and then proposes that we surrender our liberties to climate fascists, to solve a non-existent problem. There ain't a buzz word that he overlooked!

Yeah, I was a HUGE Al Gore supporter and saw him receive the Attenborough Award for Documentary Filmmaking in February 2007 in Santa Barbara, CA. I've turned 180 degrees.
I read the X-Y correlations between "Co2" and "temperature" and realized that the temperature preceded Co2 increases--the exact opposite of what he was "mathemtically" claiming.
It's an ad hominem fallacy disguised as empirically based.

The CO2 emissions make temperature increase [even more], it doesn't mean that the temperature won't rise on itself, but less, without CO2 emissions.

- They've now come out and said that there is an EXACTly 83 year lag based on temperature. always a convenience to correct their errors.

okay so you watched the gobal warming swindle, their biggest argument in that documentary. Watch the global warming swindle debate on youtube, its i think a bbc debate, and they explain everything. Checked the club's website. 1.3 million supporters, and its all about sustainable energy not all of a sudden using fossil fuels.

This man is a two-faced fraud. He knows he's full of BS...he refuses to debate the subject, refuses live interviews, and scientists are leaving his cause in droves, because there is no proof of man-made climate change. He flies everywhere, his house is bigger than we can imagine, he owns several SUVs and cars. In five years this man will be a pariah and will probably be prosecuted for fraud. He is getting rich at our expense, but his gravy train will end soon. And he realizes it.
