@spartanxp I really hope so. But since Index Holdings said that Atlus won't be an independent company anymore (they bought out the majority of Atlus) and would be under their direct control, this may make this game being localized into english a bit more difficult.

This game isn't even trying to hide the fact that the only reason it even has female characters in it is for fan-service. At the very least their attacks look pretty cool, except that it makes you wonder why anyone would go into a war zone without any form of armor or even some fucking pants for that matter. Its just not tactically efficient to go around fighting giant monsters in little more than mini skirt an high heels or a bikini.

Oh man, I just got my hands on the rom for this game a couple days ago, don't worry I do plan on buying it the second I come across it in any game store I go to because I want to support this game, I can't put it down, it's so good. I really hope this one comes to the US as well, I'm a huge fan of the SRT series, but it's a shame most of them didn't release over here, Haken is the man, I'm glad to see he'll be back, I just can't praise this series enough, I WANT MORE!!!

well... the us version hasn't been announced and it may never be released but if they bothered to make an English version of the first game they most definitely make one for the second. anyway it took 11 months for the first one to be released so i would have to guess Exceed will be released early next year. BUT they did take a long time trying to dub the first one but failed SO maybe if they leave in the Japanese voice cast the same we may get Exceed earlier.

The first game was badass, but man watching the same animations for 1000x during boss fights got annoying... I hope you can skip movie animations in this one.

Quick little comment regarding the English version (which isn't announced yet, but is likely). The first game actually mistranslated Neige's family's name as Howzen instead of Hausen. This is, however, ironically appropriate. In the Japanese version, Kaguya's last name was spelled with different kanji than Kyosuke's, despite being pronounced the same. In the English version, it will be the sequel's large-breasted princess who's spelled different but pronounced the same as her OG counterpart. :P

actually...axel and alfimi might really loose their memories..remember who the bigboss is in the first game?? that might explain why alfimi and axel lost thier memories..and also Arcgain was the guardian of the red stone which supposed to be destroyed but alive and is axel's mech in this game..there's probably some connectivity between the 2 games which will uncover in exceed..let's just wait..don't know about kouta since he first appeared in OG2.5..dunno what's his direct connection..

The official site has been updated and I've got great news! All 4 of the Orchestral Army members will join the team as support characters! Also, Cardia has been revived and is ready for a rematch! They also revealed more new bosses on the site. If this game doesn't get localized I'm gonna be REALLY pissed.

It updated again today, revealing... T-elos and Saya as support characters. Yes, you heard me. That leaves, what, only four boss characters from the first game that don't join you? (Not counting Dokugozu and Dokumezu.)

Three new villains as well, the "Gand" family (Vanar Gand, Hela Gand, and Jorm Gand). Also, some new feature called "Reward Neck System"? Is there anyone who can read Japanese that can explain what that is? Seems to be some sort of side quest thingie...

You're kidding, right? Name one instance in Endless Frontier when Haken meets a new character somewhere outside of town and they DON'T end up fighting for some completely silly reason. There are more "physical comedy" boss fights than there are serious ones. Anyone who didn't think "Yup, Haken and crew will be fighting them" the moment they heard Axel and Alfimi were in the game wasn't paying enough attention to the first one.

It'll be fun to have Haken actually BE the boss for once, though.

The party in the 1st game didn't have to fight KOS-MOS when they found her. However the main reason was because Reji and Xiaomu already recognized her as one of their friends from Namco x Capcom.

Well, obviously I didn't mean that literally. They didn't fight Kaguya or Suzuka in their first encounter, either. I was just bringing attention to the absurd amount of boss fights that could've been avoided if the cast of that game was less inclined to attack everything they see. Not that I would have it any other way, of course.

Just when I thought Endless Frontier couldn't get any better, IT DID! With the new additions that includes MOMO, Fighter Roa, former bosses, and the new mechs, the party has become about twice the size from the last game! What I love about the battle system is that EVERY member will always have a role in the fight, even if its just support. They've really given us a lot more firepower to play with, and if those new bosses are as tough as I think they are, we're gonna need it!

I wouldn't worry about that too much. Since all (or most?) of the characters are ORIGINAL, this, like the first game, has a VERY good chance of coming to the US! Hopefully, it won't take so long to do so!!

...Maybe Roa, since neither the PS2's OGs and OGG nor any of The Great Battle series (SNES era) came out to USA. But I doubt they would anyway.

He was a playable character in Original Generations for the PS2.

He was the main character of The Great Battle IV for the SNES and he played quite an important role in OG Gaiden since the antagonist from Great Battle IV, Dark Brain, was one of the last few bosses.

I am assuming you only played OG1 and OG2 on the GBA that's why you don't even know who Fighter Roa is.

Dark Brain was not in The Great Battle IV. That's just the game where Compatible Kaiser originated. Dark Brain was the main villain of the original "SD The Great Battle", although I'm not sure whether he appeared again in the second or third games. Fighter Roar debuted in the second game, and wasn't really the "main character" so much as he was the "red ranger". I'm actually not sure whether Roar had met Dark Brain prior to OG Gaiden, though I'm sure he at least knew about him.
