@FALLENxANGELx37 Yes, it does make sense. But I think some people only like the live version more because it's the one they're used to. Not that the live one is bad or anything. The live one is my favorite too, but I like when they play this version in concert because of the bass drum in the beginning. (:

just so annoys me i just got back into blue october after finding my cd of "foiled" . Went to my local HMV to buy any of their other CDs and they only had "Foiled". I absolutely love this band i really want my own copy of "argue with a tree"

They did record it like that. It's live though, and it's on Argue With A Tree. They also have the concert/performance of that song on the Argue With A Tree live DVD.

Wasn't a puposeful dig at you.. just a statement aimed at people who do enjoy their music, but didn't buy the CD. Youtube is great for hearing new music and getting it out there for people to hear. People aren't always responsible to buy the CD if they enjoy it and the band/label suffers as a result. Not to start a philosophical debate, but youtube has copyright issues in their EULA for reasons just like this. I have no problem with it, but I can understand the potential impact on a band.
