Hi - it says that it's photographed by Campbell Drummond - but how did he/you get it from three locations then?

Is it one pic per minute?

I posted a reply earlier but it didn't get put up.All these shots were done by me using two cameras in two locations.Each part is just a wide-shot and a tight-shot of each location,the first one is taken from the western side for lights off and the second one from the eastern side as they come back on.Both cameras were on tripods and each had an intervalometer shooting frames 15 seconds apart with the camera set to aperture priority.usually exposing for about 10-12 seconds.,Campbell Drummond.
