Of course nothing is perfect, honestly, this is an amazing device to me. It really is in HD but sometimes it depends on ur settings, cable, TV set (not exactly that one) etc.

@SnakeMGS7 It doesn't even record in HD, I don't know why it says HD at the end of the product name.

The only devices which you can record in HD through a HDMI are expensive... very very expensive. I suggest you use a Hauppauge HD PVR, it records in 720p HD through component cables (And before you ask: Yes, Component does carry just as good quality as HDMI).

@HiiMKiNeTiC I think it "upscales" movies or "converts" movies from analog to (hdmi?) digital. It's like the PS3 doesnt run 1080p native but it does upscale to that resolution. Ofcourse nativa > upscale/convertion.

I think thats why they added HD. I think this product is a decent solution if you want to make some gaming videos or convert videos from your camcorder to your pc, etc etc, as long as its used for amateur goals its just fine ;)

The quality is really bad, I advise you an HD PVR, goal costs a bit expensive when compared to an Pinnacle Movie Box HD

Its a little fuzzy, no prolem tho, u just need to mess about with the settings a little. How must does this cost? Where can u buy it (online)? Final question: can u use the same chords u can use with the hd-pvr (component cables)? Sorry bout all the questions, please reply, thanks.
