The line in the show is "simple clean up operation", hes saying he has shat himself because of his excessive laughing at the bad acting from the director. Because of the limited space in the SUV they had to film John in the front then the others in the back separatley so the director was reading the script so john would know when to say his lines. As the director was scotish John was "shitting himself laughing" at the way Gwen and Ianto etc's lines were being said in a scotish accent.

I think the guy behind John is Ianto, but I can't really tell. We don't see Ianto in total hysterics in the actual show, so it's hard to tell. =P
