@oTunior Only if your too scrub to not know how to add washers and repair the heat sinks, mine never overheats after I did that. It took less than an hour to get the materials, watch youtube vid/have friend explain and actually do the repair. Btw, it's a first season 360 Dec 05, been sent back twice for 3rings. 3rd time I fixed it 2 years ago no problems anymore.
