What i do Isnt what he is doing, i throw them up and over while passing the one is you left hand to your right. So as you throw your right hand ball over you are passing your left hand ball underneith, i find it easier. Good Job on the video though! :)

Indeed. Tennis balls are not ideal for juggling, they are very light and will roll away when you drop them. Any sort of beanbag or heavier ball would be better, or if you dont have anything other than tennis balls, weigh them down with beads like he said. Happy juggling!
