They are replacing the wood on that coaster so pretty soon it will look all brown instead of white. The wood will be lumber.

Holy crap, this was the first coaster I ever went on.

Sure, it isn't as long or as huge as others, but the speed and sound make you think your about to fly off on that first turn while your in the air, it scared me XD

I ride it every year now. Still fun.

This is an antique Coaster Thrill Ride built in

1935 so it's not "state of the art!" There's "scarier" rides around but this one is traditional, a part of the Fair that is one of ten most attended fairs in the world.

That roller coaster has been around for over 25 years... I rode it both when I was younger and then as an adult. It is a great wooden coaster for it's time! :)

They are actually now in the middle of replacing all the wood beams with new pressure treated wood. They do it in stages in the off season. I just rode it a couple months ago and if you go on the special ride day you can get on in about 15 minutes and ride it for only $1.

Imagine me. I'm this tiny 4'11", 94 lbs, 18 year old asian girl. And I was sitting in the very last seat. BY MYSELF!!

I seriously felt like I was gonna launch into the air. I must have hopped up like 4 inches at every dip.

It was awesome though. :D
