shut the fuk up ray leonard!! youre there to be an unbiased commentator, not to talk about yourself for the whole fight!! hearns should of jumped over the ropres and given that smart ass sugar ray a beat down
Geraldo should have at least looked like he was badly hurt when he fagged out of this one. The smile, falling back, what a shameful bowing out. I hope he gave all those people their money back. Sheeesh!
Geraldo had a rep as a tough durable fighter. Here he got somewhat tagged by what seemed like the most innocuous left hook I've ever seen and yet this tough hombre from Mexico went down like he had been shot.
Geraldo is a bitch he could of got up wow no heart what a pussy he just made himself another highlight reel for Thomas Hearns what an Idiot get the fuck up
sugar ray talking too much shit. it's not about you sugar it's about to to fighters in the ring. then he said he wouldn't give the hit man a rematch unless he said he couldn't continue in their fight. what type of hoe cake ass shit is that.
Very Strange. Cuevas who was smaller and weaker took many HARD shots FLUSH from Hearns BEFORE going down. Geraldo, a VERY STRONG Middleweight who took Hagler's best shots gets KO'd by a WEAK Left Hook??! I don't know...Boxing, boy...
Glad to hear that wife beating coke head Leonard interjecting himself in Hearn's victory. Real class Ray, to bad you ducked Tommy all thoughs years and still got your clocked clean years later in the rematch. Good thing you paid off the judges in that fight, like you paid off Duran in your 2nd fight with him.
no, unfortunately after he tracked down a scared leonard n got him into d ring, he made a tactical error n tanked out which ray capitalized on. after which ray denied tommy a remacth he more than deserved. after 8 yrs of chasin ray ppl said tommy was shot at which point ray wanted to fight him. hearns whupped his ass. again there should be another fight but again leonard chickened out. marvin was a great fighter. ray was a very good fighter but a better buisnessman who tricked ppl he was great
Tommy Hearns sure is one of the greats ever. He just has that sharpness and aura which is great. I respect him so much. He gave boxing so much of himself.

Geraldo was very cautious, as if he was scared. The left punch from Hearns did not land either

@Junlt0 yeah...not like Tommy wasn't the hardest hitting welterweight ever.

Total dive.
And Leonard shows no class as a broadcaster.

@shire2005,
100% agree with the dive.

He wasn't pussified he was paid to take a dive. He never got hit with a solid punch! He just dove to the canvas.

@matthewtobar Tommy Hitman Hearns was certainly not the the most underrated fighters. Larry Holmes was, not Tommy Hearns
