G. Smithii are just the best of the smaller mantis shrimps! There's an outside chance this may be Gonodactylellus viridis. Smithii tend to have red raptorial dactyls and yellow antennal scales, which I can't see (though it might just be the video quality). Nevertheless, great smasher; hope it's still around.
