@PlatTacitus the t stands for touring not turbo. No those cars are all NA. The engines are similar to the K20 in RSX but done by Nissan in the form of the NEO VVL. Though I could be wrong...
@lqballer2000 You could find a SR20VE motor cheap on ebay or even try a race shop in your area. These engines are easier to come by these days. And no these are not the same engines Spec V sentras use. These are JDM engines...not used in any USDM car.
nice car. i'm gonna again rebuilt my engine. want ve head to my de block and control it with russian ecu called january5.1.41. from lada. also i've seen how to activate vvl without msd. u need only another one oil line to cilynder head. it's was on sr20forum
both of these cars cannot be using the stock DE ECU or else the VVL won't activate unless it has MSD switches. Or they didn't want to say they are using a chipped ECU like from calum that has a program to activate the VVL
187 at the crank, minus 10-13% drivetrain loss for FWD puts it at about... 160-165 at the wheels. Sounds about right. If you go 190 at the crank (to simplify the math) minus 19 from a 10% drive train loss puts you at 171. Actually, he's down like 5-8 HP now that I do the math o.O

i dnt know if you got them yet, but my friend jorge he sells N1 cams for about 550 and 770 with brian crower springs ... there brand new OEM his phone number is 866 374 3503 he finds everything you need for your nissan/infinity ... he works in a NISSAN DEALER... hope that help you!
ok, hello guys i have a p11 with the ve swapped!!! its the stock engine with pulleys, an 11lbs flywheel, fujitsubo headers, 3in exhaust, kandn apollo intake, an rpm activator and a super afc 2 cause i have the de ecu. i only got 165 whp, without the headers and the exhaust and the intake!!! i had the pulleys, stock cams. im reving at 7200 rpm!!! it was fastly tuned, how many hp could i squeeze out of my car? and what fuel do you use??? thanks you could really help me!!!
and when i accelerate in 1st gear it doesnt even make it to 3,500rpm. basically what i'm trying to say is that it doesnt rev as freely as your p10. what do i have to do to make it rev higher.
How much did the whole swap cost you ?
