I have personally had the honor to train with Master Kim. He is a devastating martial artist. He is capable of the most beautiful and crushing kicks anyone will ever see. He is a tiger when he competes. It would be a mistake to disrespect or disparage him. He is an excellent instructor as well. He has real passion and expertise and I will always remember my time at his studio as the best training I have ever experienced.
My super power karate chop would chop him to pieces of tae kwon do stew . I have a karate man costume with a belt that you tie around your waiste. If he saw me in it he would be scared cause I would show him my chopping action ! That's what I'm talking about . I could chop three pencils in half .

I"m a 1st Dan black belt in TKD and I saw some great kicks, speed and force, however I will say this. In the tournament images, alot of strikes were uncontrolled. when the opponent grabs the back of their neck, or groin or their back. The attacker didn't hold the discipline to stop or keep the strikes concentrated. But otherwerwise, fun to watch.

In 3:23 you will see that he knows the measurement of the distance between his opponent, that means he does kick nuts and legs intentionaly to injure his opponents, the referee just dont notice them as illegal because he uses kicks that can make it look like a legal kick(a real stuntman)...

No offense to anyone who practices taekwondo, but it seems like some of these maneuvers place the user at risk from a sudden, and deliberate attack, such as a straight punch. What I'm trying to say is that Oscar de la Hoya would be a more formidable opponent than this fellow, simply because he maintains a constant balance, is always aware of his opponent, and doesn't kick people in the balls, seriously, what's up with that?

your absolutely correct. You see that because you are thinking in terms of boxing.
I see many opportunities when oscar would eat a roundhouse, axe, or back kick during his matches because of his balance foot work and distance.
mma is no different. next time you watch a fight count the number of times one guy could bite the others neck at a near-fatal capacity.
fight simulation has only even been achieved in bumfights. everything else is limited contact. though mma fanboys feel differently

Nearly every highlight is a cheapshot or a kick in the balls. seriously, i counted 3-4 real knockouts, 10 groin kicks and 4 cheapshots where the guy was on the ground or obviously not fighting... mostly cause he had just been kicked in the balls. You suck.

he´s the worst martial artist i´ve ever seen. He´s completely dirty, he doesnt adhere to the rules, he kicks to groins and think about himself he´s perfect. He tried to kick his opponent to the head from the back when the opponent was lying on the floor. These are many reasons why he was another ordinary American man except good martial artist..
