Someone seriously turned off the audio because it wasn't "authorized" by WMG?? Are you kidding me?? What the fuck is the matter with you people? Have a heart for crying out loud. Some things are more important than money. You're sick whoever is responsible for that...
I found out about Lauren and her story through another youtuber, Edward Tarte. I went to his blog and found it. I watched the video and the tears started coming down uncontrollably. Particularly at the part where she is trying to learn how to eat, and gets frustrated. But, she's learned so much and I'm so happy for that!
I can't even describe how this video made me feel and I can't even begin to imagine what such a condition would be like to have. I just wish I could help her to understand and not feel frustrated. Y'all must be so strong...keep it up. Much love. -Mike
thanks for sharing it's so impressing really!! I am deaf but i still have my eyes to recognize what's going on around me. so i really can't imagine what it's like to be if you don't have your ears AND your eyes! lauren looks great and you can see that she's happy to learn about her ambiance! once more-thank you for sharing and keep going!!!!
This is extremely impressing and made me cry. My spouse was born blind, and I have always imagined it difficult to raise and educate a blind child, but doing the same for a deafblind child is so much more difficult. I am really amazed, thanks for sharing this!
I am learning Braille and American Sign Language. I am too poor right now to be able to help financially. But, perhaps someday I might be able to help deafblind people.
What a sweet and emotional video. We celebrate with her loved ones in the rapid progress she has made as seen on this video. I am forwarding this to family and friends and asking that they do the same. My prayers are with you and your family and sweet little Lauren. May God bless you with all that you need.
our school is doing this service project so far in 2 days the 6th graders have raised 2000 dollars. and we still have the 7th and 8th graders to turn money in. and soon we will have a big pep rally that will raise alot of money!
What a great job of showing Lauren and her world. Taking into account her deaf/blindness is difficult for people to understand, but your video shows a great example. Lauren has a sharp mind and has always been willing to try out new things to learn. Thanks for sharing. t
The video is great. Lauren is such a smart little girl who since birth has been pushing the envelope to the edge to see what's there. Her intervener has the skills to help her break through and learn about the world around her. Lulu keep up the good work. Proud of Lauren and her family for all they have done. td
